TrustEd Apps Certified Leader (TACL)

The professional certification offered by the 1EdTech TrustEd Apps Certified Leader (TACL) Program. This certification is designed for educational leaders to develop a high-level understanding of the effective implementation of 1EdTech open standards and how they impact instruction. TACL develops skills to assist with: advocacy for trusted, open and innovative digital ecosystems in institutions, development of digital ecosystems, sharing and leadership among the edtech community, and innovation with new and existing technologies to improve opportunities for teaching and learning to power learner potential. TACL certification is earned with the successful completion of these five modules: 1) Data Privacy and Accessibility 2) Curriculum Innovation and Strategies 3) Designing the Digital Learning Ecosystem 4) Data Insights for Learner Success 5) Learner Achievement and Opportunities. Participants complete a minimum of 50 hours of learning experiences including online coursework with application projects and assessments for each module to earn this designation.
