Thin Common Cartridge® (Thin CC) is a standard developed by 1EdTech. Thin CC is a standardized way to package and exchange Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) Links, Web Links and metadata. It is a subset of Common Cartridge. The content within a Thin CC is remotely hosted so that all that is transmitted in the Thin CC is metadata and information about how to access the content that is remotely hosted.
